Build a.0.1.6

Added new builds 5 and 6. Latest being 6 of course. Added a lot of QoL options in both the input and the graphics menu:

• You can now choose the camera position (input menu)
• You can select a custom cursor made by yourself by changing the image in StreamingAssets/Skin. Press CTRL+SHIFT+S to refresh ingame
• All the playfield effects now become 100% invisible if you turn down the brightness to 0 in the graphics menu
• You can now disable and enable the sliderball if it bothers you
